BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS:
Please note: Once a booking has been confirmed, the dates cannot be changed for any reason whatsoever, unless the stay is extended.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: from 2pm
Check-out  : by 10am (although cleaners may need access to spring-clean from 08:30 on departure day, please).

The Lessor shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or any personal injury suffered by the Lessee or any of its employees occupying the premises, or its family or invitees on the premises, irrespective of whether such loss or injury is caused by fire, storm, riot, civil commotion, theft, robbery, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
