  • Transport from and to airport on request
  • 3G high-speed broadband internet cards

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Guests agree to adhere to and be bound by the terms and conditions specified.

PAYMENTS:
Cash or Internet Transfers preferred

BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS:
Monthly rentals:
50% of the first month's rental is required to secure a booking. The remaining 50% is payable on the date of occupation of the apartment.

Daily rentals:
50% of the rental is required to secure a booking. The remaining 50% is payable on the date of occupation of the apartment.

Please note: Once a booking has been confirmed, the dates cannot be changed for any reason whatsoever.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation by the client less than 30 days before arrival date = no refund.
Cancellation by the client more than 30 days before arrival date = 25% refund.

BREAKAGES
Upon your arrival, we request a R1 000 - R2 000 refundable breakages deposit which is refunded on your departure.

KEYS AND ACCESS CARDS
A refundable key and access card deposit of R500.00 is required. This is refunded when the client returns the keys and access card to the lessor.
Additional keys and access cards required will be charged for, and the client will be reimbursed when these are returned.

ADMINISTRATION FEES
An administration fee of R480.00 will be charged for monthly rentals.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: from 2pm
Check-out  : by 10am (although cleaners may need access to spring-clean from 08:30 on departure day, please).

DISCLAIMER
The Lessor shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or any personal injury suffered by the Lessee or any of its employees occupying the premises, or its family or invitees on the premises, irrespective of whether such loss or injury is caused by fire, storm, riot, civil commotion, theft, robbery, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
